The Richardson Independent School District Purchasing Department is interested in helping you become an RISD vendor. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in any way possible. A copy of our Vendor Application form can be downloaded here. We encourage you to complete this form and return it to the Richardson ISD Purchasing Department.

We are located east of Central Expressway (U.S. Hwy. 75), just north of Arapaho Road. From Central, go east on Arapaho to the fourth traffic light, which is International Parkway. Turn left on International. The first street you will come to is Security Row. Turn left onto Security. We are the second building on the left and we are located in the west end of the building.

Richardson Independent School District advertises all bids in the Daily Commercial Record or the Dallas Morning News.
