Coordinates SDFSC Grant Budget and RISD Budget;
manages twelve drug and violence prevention education programs; monitors
and provides technical assistance to schools regarding drug and violence
prevention and intervention; presents school and community awareness programs;
staff development; supervises bully projects, school team mediation, and
parenting prevention and educational programs, and the personnel who deliver
those services.

Answers phone and general questions regarding
the Student Assistance Programs. Manages two budgets and keeps records
for the department, including ordering and receiving materials, prepares
brochures and packets for training, and arranging room and food for meetings.
Elementary Mediation Specialist - Zona

Mediation specialist in charge of training
and implementation of school based mediation teams in the elementary
schools.
She coordinates the “TATU” (Teaching Against Tobacco Use)
program.

Consultant in charge of Kids Connection,
Students Teaching Others Peace (STOP), Peer Helpers, Classroom Challenge,
and Peer Mediation.
