	activities Cancelled

Based on the forecast of potentially hazardous driving conditions late this afternoon and into the evening, RISD has cancelled all after school activities for today, Thursday, February 11. This includes all PACE after school programs.

	Lake Highlands Elementary Dismissing Early

Due to a power outage, Lake Highlands Elementary will be dismissing at 12:30pm today. Parents are encouraged to pick up their children at that time. Bus schedules will be accelerated, however, no child will be dropped off by a bus without their parent or guardian meeting them at the bus stop.

Students whose parents cannot meet the early bus will return to school until another bus runs at the normal time. REACH students will also be at Lake Highlands Elementary for pickup at 12:30.

	Soccer Games Postponed

All RISD varsity soccer games scheduled for Friday, February 12, have been postponed until Saturday, February 13. Parents & stakeholders, please contact your specific school or coach for times and locations of the re-scheduled games for Saturday.

All RISD junior varsity soccer games scheduled for Friday, February 12 have been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
