Voter Registration
On May 12, 2007 the Dallas County Elections Department will be administrating a Joint Election for the various municipalities and school districts throughout Dallas County.   In order to be qualified to vote in the May 12, 2007 Joint Election you must be registered or application postmarked by April 12, 2007.  Voter Registration applications are available throughout the county at the following locations:

• Dallas County Tax Office
• City Halls in Dallas County
• Public Libraries
• Department of Public Safety
• Major Post Offices
• Most Governmental Agencies

Applications can also be mailed out from the Elections Department by calling 214.819-6300.  All applications that are picked up at the suburban locations must be mailed to the Elections Department, 2377 N. Stemmons Freeway Suite 820, Dallas, TX, 75207-2706 and must be postmarked by April 12, 2007.  A voter registration application postmarked by this date will be timely for the May 12, 2007 election. Applications may also be printed from the Dallas County Elections Department web-site: www.dalcoelections.org and mailed to the above address.
